The Boy Scout program is an outstanding venue for preparing our young men to lead in their families, professions and communities. As a Troop Chaplain, or better yet, as an entire Scoutmaster Corp, offer your young scouts a Chaplain’s Minute at each troop meeting and a church service at each camp out. The S2K Devotional is an outstanding resource for equipping you and your Chaplain’s Aid for a 5 - 10 minute devotion each week. Use them to share devotions with your son or a small mentoring group, lead devotions with your son’s athletic team or teach at your son’s Sunday School or Youth Group. Share these resources with the other leaders in these youth programs. By these methods you will impart a Christ-centered manhood vision to your son and the other young men in your circle of influence.
